• Location: Jamestown, NY
• Start Date: November 17, 2025
• Contract Length: Ongoing (5–10 shifts per month)
• Pay Range: $300–$350/hr
• Credentialing: CVO process, temps allowed for clean files

🕐 Schedule
• Primary Coverage: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Key Dates:
o November 17–21
o December 22–26
• Ongoing: ~5–10 shifts/month available
• Call: 1:3 weekend call rotation
o CRNA is in-house; MD is pager back-up from hotel
o Weekend call starts Friday 3 PM through Sunday 3 PM
