OBYN Locums needed in near St. Louis, MO

Job description

Shift Type: 24-hour call
Schedule:
Primary: One weekend per month (Saturday 6 a.m. – Monday 6 a.m.)
Occasional weekday coverage as needed

Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
Bed Size: 35 (Critical Access Hospital)
Charting Software: Epic

Practice Setting: Hospital and On-Campus Clinic
Department Composition: 1 OB/GYN and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
Support Staff:
• Experienced Labor & Delivery and OR teams (all CRNA anesthesia team)
• CNM with her own patient panel
• On-campus clinic team: 1 RN, 1 LPN, and full support staff
• 2 Full-Time Pediatricians and 1 Pediatric DNP on-site

Procedures & Responsibilities
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice including:
○ Vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
○ Gynecologic surgeries and procedures
○ Outpatient and inpatient care
• Provide call coverage for OB/GYN services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital teams to ensure high-quality patient care
