Locums Radiologist Needed in MO-Licensing Opportunity
Job description
• Shift Type: Day, Night, Weekend
• Shift Schedule: Standard, 12-hour shifts (Flexible start/end times)
○ Typical hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (on-site)
○ Evening and weekend call coverage (remote/teleradiology)
○ Teleradiology coverage for overnights, evenings, and weekends
• Coverage Type: On-site and remote options available

• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
• Charting System: Epic (EMR) | PACS: Change/McKesson
• Trauma Level: Not high-volume trauma
Work Environment
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based Radiology Department
• Support Staff:
○ 24% physicians, 5% APPs
○ Each site has radiology managers, techs, and nurses
• Technology: Dedicated, up-to-date IR suites and imaging equipment
• Patient Population: Adults
• Average Daily Census: Variable
• Reason for Need: Ongoing gaps in coverage across multiple sites
Procedures & Responsibilities
• Primary Focus: Diagnostic Radiology
• Modalities: CT, MRI, PET, and Ultrasound
• Case Mix: ER-style reads — primarily CTs, neuro imaging, and general diagnostics
• Procedures: No supervision of other healthcare providers required
