Primary Care Nurse Practitioner – Float Pool Opportunity in CA

Job description

A versatile APP provider is needed to join a primary care float pool covering multiple clinic sites, including brick and mortar, school-based, and mobile locations. Providers will work with patients of all ages, offering comprehensive care in a collaborative environment. The role requires flexibility to float between clinic sites within roughly 30–60 minutes of each other.

The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm with a required lunch break. Providers should be comfortable seeing an average of 21+ patients per day in an outpatient, primary care setting. Support staff is available, and documentation is completed in Epic EMR.

Qualified candidates must hold active state licensure, board certification, and BLS. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, adaptable clinician eager to deliver quality care across diverse clinic environments.
