CRNA/MD Model:

4:1 CRNA-to-MD supervision ratio

MDs supervise only (do not perform their own cases)

Practice Environment: Collaborative anesthesia care team

Primary Cases: Orthopedic surgeries

CRNA Autonomy: Perform blocks and practice to the top of your license

No OB, trauma, or cardiac cases
