Family Practice NP/PA Needed in Bay Area CA:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time
Patients per day: 21 (21+ Preferred)
Patient population/age: All ages
Department description: primary care setting
Practice Setting:
Outpatient Clinic
Requirements:
Board Certification: required
Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days or less
Active CA License
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
