Schedule: 1 week on / 3 weeks off | Monday 7AM – Monday 7AM
Setting: Inpatient | Epic EMR
Duration: Ongoing, Long-Term Assignment

The Opportunity

Join a nationally recognized heart and vascular program at one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier centers for advanced cardiac care. This is a critical care–focused cardiology role ideal for a physician who thrives on complex cases, cutting-edge technology, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

You’ll work alongside three experienced attending cardiologists and a dedicated heart failure team managing ECMO, Impella, and durable LVAD patients. The schedule offers predictable 1-week rotations, allowing you to maintain true work-life balance while delivering high-acuity inpatient care.

Assignment Highlights
• Inpatient-only coverage at a leading cardiovascular center
• 7-day rotation: Monday 7AM – Monday 7AM
• Primary attending responsibilities for ECMO and LVAD patients
• Participate in the facility’s shock management program
• Average 10–12 patients per shift
• Trauma Level I environment
• Supportive APP and nursing team
• Epic EMR
• WA license or IMLC accepted
• ACLS/BLS required
• Credentialing: ~90 days

Ideal Candidate
• Board-Certified in Cardiology; Advanced Heart Failure fellowship preferred
• Experienced in ECMO, Impella, and LVAD management
• Skilled communicator comfortable in fast-paced, academic-style settings
• Thrives in collaborative, team-based care
