CMO - Position in the great NORTHEAST

Job description

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Chief Medical Officer, CMO provides executive oversight to the Medical Director, Behavioral Health Director, Dental Director and Chief Pharmacy Officer, fostering collaboration and integration across all disciplines. This role includes direct support to all clinical directors and professional staff to ensure alignment with best practices in quality safety, compliance and accreditation.
In addition to administrative leadership, the CMO will maintain limited clinical practice and serve as a consultant and mentor to the primary care provider team, supporting comprehensive and coordinated patient care. The CMO will also play a central role in cultivating a culture of excellence through inquiry, coaching and positive leadership, promoting professional development and workforce engagement.
