Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join a community-based outpatient practice in Stillwater, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver full-spectrum primary care (all ages) in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient care: preventive medicine, chronic disease management, routine assessments, acute visits.

Collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.

Maintain high-quality medical documentation and uphold best practices in primary care.

Qualifications:

Board‐certified or board‐eligible in Family Medicine.

Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New York.
