Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care Locum Opportunity
Apple Valley, CA 92308
Start Date: December 8, 2025
Contract Length: 3 months (possible extensions) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-Call: None
Requirements:
• Board Certified NP (FNP/AGNP/AGACNP/AGPCNP
• Active California medical license
• DEA & BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Primary Care experience
Clinic Details:
• Outpatient Primary Care setting
• EMR: Athena
• Patient Volume: ~10-14/day
• No weekends or call
