Permanent MD/DO – Family Medicine
Location: Bourbon, Indiana

Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment
Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and manage patient follow-up
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic medical record system

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain
Excellent communication and clinical skills
