Permanent MD/DO – Geriatric Medicine Physician

Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary and consultative care for older adult patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Manage complex chronic conditions, medication regimens, and care coordination
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Promote preventive care, functional health, and quality of life for geriatric patients

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with Geriatric specialization
Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
