We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient primary care services in Sisseton, South Dakota.

🕓 Schedule:

Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekends: Potential shifts from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
⏱️ Total: 40 hours/week

👨‍👩‍👧 Patients per Day: ~16
