Family Medicine Physician Needed in MI

Location is Muskegon, MI
Basic Primary care duties
MI License, CSR and DEA required
Family Medicine Physician preferred – Must be able to see infants
Will need to be collaborating physician to 2 NP/Pas
FQHC
Starting ASAP – 2 week credentialing - can try to speed it up
3 month assignment
Monday-Friday 8-5 seeing about 12-15 patients per day - highest would be 23 PPD
