Family NP opportunity available in AZ
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8/hour shifts
Additional Details:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time
• Patient population/age: all ages
• Special procedures: Primary Care

Licensure: Active AZ license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
