Position Highlights
• Serve as a primary care physician for adults in an inpatient mental health setting
• Provide clinical direction and collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team
• Contribute your expertise in treatment planning, case review, and care delivery
• Participate actively in committees, audits, and program development

Compensation
Anticipated Salary (effective 7/1/26):
$15,138 – $20,813 per month
$181,656 – $249,756 annually

Work Schedule (2 Vacancies)
• Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00pm–12:00am
• Wednesday–Sunday, 4:00pm–12:00am
(Both include a 30‑minute unpaid lunch)

Minimum Requirements
• Valid Illinois Physician & Surgeon License
• American Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• Valid Illinois Controlled Substance License
• DEA Registration

Preferred Experience
• Providing medical care to adult patients
• Conducting evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Collaborating across disciplines
• Preparing specialized medical documentation
