Job description

Start: September 28, 2026 (ASAP, or as soon as credentialed)
Length: 26 weeks (ongoing)
Coverage: Outpatient family medicine, full-time; coverage split between two nearby clinic locations based on patient demand
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00; 5x8s or 4x10s available
Call: No call
Volume: Approximately 17 patients per day
Patient Population: Primarily adult and geriatric patients
Practice Setting: Critical access hospital outpatient clinic - rural

Support: Part-time family medicine physician, urgent care NP, and clinic support staff. Full-spectrum outpatient family medicine including chronic disease management, preventive care, and pain management. Routine office procedures. Fracture and cast follow-up care. Must be comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting. Timely documentation in Epic.

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Wyoming license or IMLC required
- DEA required
- No minimum experience requirement, but must be comfortable practicing independently
- Credentialing timeline: TBD - emergency privileges available
