MD/DO Needed in Montgomery, AL

Job description

Provider Type: MD/DO – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Practice Model: Value-based primary care
Patient Population: Adults ages 65+
Panel Size: Provider will assume a panel of approximately 300 patients.
Support Staff: Extensive clinical and administrative support, including medical assistants, social workers, front office, and back-office staff.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Patient Volume: Approximately 8–13 patients per day, allowing providers to spend quality time with each patient.
Follow-Up Frequency: Patients typically return every 35 days.
EMR: Athena
Requirements: Board Certified (no additional certifications required)
Procedures: No out-of-the-ordinary procedures. The practice focuses on preventive, proactive, value-based care.
Ideal Candidate: A collaborative, team-oriented provider who enjoys building relationships with patients and delivering thorough, high-quality care.
