Job Summary

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. The physician will work within a collaborative, physician-led team, seeing approximately 18–24 patients per day while utilizing the EPIC EMR system. Responsibilities include outpatient primary care, participation in a light phone-only call rotation with occasional weekend telemedicine coverage, collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and opportunities to teach medical and NP/PA students.

Compensation: Base salary of $250,000–$260,000 annually, with productivity incentives, a sign-on bonus of up to $75,000, and a $25,000 retention bonus.

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (with plans to obtain board certification if eligible).
Active New York medical license or willingness to obtain one.
DEA and ACLS certification by the start date.
Recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days).
Willingness to work a full-time 4- or 5-day schedule.
Strong interest in providing primary care across all age groups.
Not accepting locum, 1099, or visa candidates.
