Job Details:

  • Open to both Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
  • 100% outpatient primary care setting focused on Adult Medicine (18+)
  • Excellent opportunity for providers interested in working with a Spanish-speaking population
  • Carry your own patient panel and provide quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative team
  • Full-time position, weekdays only with flexible scheduling options available
  • No call required
  • Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial care plans
  • Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, including referrals to specialists and care team members
  • Provide appropriate treatment for problems within scope of practice and refer appropriately when needed
  • Requires an unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
  • APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA training required
  • New graduates with strong internal medicine or primary care backgrounds are welcome to apply; 2+ years of experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting preferred
