The patient population is multilingual and multi-ethnic, consisting of MediCal, Medicare, and uninsured individuals presenting with chronic diseases. The expected caseload is 20 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care and chronic disease conditions. Board certification, a state medical license, and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
