About the clinician's workday

The Internal Medicine physician will provide primary care services to an adult patient population of long-term mental health patients at an on-site facility, working day shift hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing acute and chronic medical conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout each assigned shift. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary behavioral health support team, including a psychiatrist, psych extender, psychologist, psychologist med extender, and a full nursing staff assigned to units with the medical provider.
