The facility serves a diverse urban population in a mission-driven, community-based setting with strong collaboration between residency leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• Full-time Academic/Faculty Internal Medicine Physician position within an Outpatient Internal Medicine Faculty Clinic
• 90% Clinical Precepting / 10% Administrative responsibilities
• No independent patient panel - clinical work is performed predominantly with internal medicine residents
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends and no call
• Academic faculty appointment at an accredited School of Medicine
• Oversee patient care in collaboration with internal medicine residents and play a key role in shaping the next generation of physicians
• Approximately one half-day per week of protected administrative time
• Mission-driven, community-based practice serving a diverse urban population
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine required
• MD or DO with unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• Passion for medical education, teaching, and mentorship strongly preferred
