Healthcare Organization
Our client is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its team and provide comprehensive care across the lifespan. The position offers physicians the flexibility to choose between a 100% outpatient practice or a combination of outpatient and inpatient medicine.

The opportunity may also be attractive to physicians pursuing loan-repayment programs. For example, the federal NHSC Students to Service Loan Repayment Program requires participants to work at an NHSC-approved site with an HPSA score of 14 or higher. Job Responsibilities
The physician may select from two practice models:
Option 1: 100% Outpatient Family Medicine

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Treat patients across the full lifespan
• Average approximately 18–22 patients per day
• Current physician practice model is approximately 3–4 days per week

Option 2: Outpatient + Inpatient

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine for four weeks
• Every fifth week, transition to inpatient coverage
• Round on hospitalized patients during the inpatient week
• Average inpatient census of approximately 5 patients
• Remain available for call during the assigned inpatient week
