Family Medicine MD/DO Need in South Dakota

Job description

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Role includes preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic care in a patient-centered Medical Home setting.
Physician will perform exams, order and interpret diagnostic testing, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities also include prescribing medications, coordinating referrals, and maintaining accurate electronic health records.
Can be MD/DO or Board Eligible

• 3 months with high probability to extend.
• Location will consider board eligible providers
• 11-15 cases per day
