This is a new, patient-centered primary care clinic opening in Horace, ND in 2027, located just minutes from Fargo. The clinic is supported by an established regional health system offering access to specialty, diagnostic, and hospital-based services throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area.

Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Join a new outpatient primary care clinic opening in Horace, ND in 2027, with the opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up
• 0.6-1.0 FTE opportunity with 1.0 FTE equaling 36 patient-contact hours per week
• Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility within established clinic parameters
• Average patient volume of approximately 14-20 patients per day
• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician required
• Join an initial care team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers in a collaborative physician and APP care model
• Dedicated nursing and clinical support staff provided
• Opportunity to help develop clinic workflows, patient-care processes, and team culture
• Epic electronic medical record and DAX AI Scribe utilized
• Access to specialty, diagnostic, and hospital-based services throughout the Fargo-Moorhead regional health system
