Facility:
This is a new, patient-centered primary care clinic opening in Horace, ND in 2027, located just minutes from Fargo. The clinic is supported by a well-established regional health system with access to comprehensive specialty, diagnostic, and hospital-based services throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area.

Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Join a new, patient-centered primary care clinic opening in Horace, ND in 2027 with the opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up
• 0.6-1.0 FTE outpatient-only practice opportunity
• 1.0 FTE equals 36 patient-contact hours per week
• Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility within established clinic parameters
• Average volume of approximately 14-20 patients per day
• Join an initial care team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
• Collaborative physician and APP care model with dedicated nursing and clinical support staff
• Opportunity to help develop clinic workflows, patient-care processes, and team culture
• Epic electronic medical record and DAX AI Scribe utilized
• Access to specialty, diagnostic, and hospital-based services throughout the regional health system
• BC/BE Internal Medicine qualification required
