About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site clinic via a 100% telemedicine model, working Monday through Friday on four 10-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a caseload of up to 16 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include in-basket coverage, patient calls, prescription refills, and patient message management. Clinicians with at least one year of primary care experience and demonstrated management of type 2 diabetes are preferred, including familiarity with oral diabetes medications, GLP agents, and insulin; those with diabetes specialty experience will be considered for patients with complex diabetes needs. Case types include general cardiology, heart failure, vascular disease, hypertension management, hyperlipidemia, sarcoid, and amyloid patients.
