Full Time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Needed in California | Aya Locums

Specialty: Neonatal
Location: Oakland, CA
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12hr shifts per week, days/nights/weekends/holidays required
* Minimum of 6 shifts per month

Work Details:
• Support staff: Physicians, Surgeons, APP colleagues, and other administrative staff
• Department description: either or both Level IV NICUs across 2 facilities, caring for all newborns and infants admitted to the ICN/NICU, needing surgery for heart, lung, gastrointestinal and other life-threatening conditions; may be cross trained to cover the newborn nursery
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills required: APP will act as a member of the care team, taking primary responsibility for the safe delivery of care for inpatient newborns and infants. The locum will only work in the 58-bed Level lV Newborn ICU, and only with infants from birth to 1 year of age.
• Minimum experience required: 2-3 years of neonatal exp in Level III/IV NICUs
