• Seeking 2-3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Sat, Sun)
• Willing to accept someone who can do at least 2 days a week

• 15-20 patients a day
• Basic PC Duties: Sick/Well visits, chronic care management, blood work, imaging, etc.
• Full Support Staff
• Credentialing ~30 days
• Must have active license and DEA
• EMR: Integra
