CRNA/CAA – High-Volume, Full-Scope Hospital Practice (Georgia)

Job description

Shift Options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 24s

Common Shifts: 7a–3p, 11a–7p, 11a–9p, 7p–7a

Nights: 2–3 shifts/week (hearts not required on nights, but preferred)

Role Breakdown

Model: Supervised — 4:1 ratio

Support Staff: 6 MDs + APP support

Monthly Need: Full-time 40 hrs/week; floating between two hospitals ~7 minutes apart

Part-Time Option: Minimum 2 days/week (but must cover hearts during daytime)

Average Volume: ~60 cases/week

EMR: Epic

Hospital Sizes: 310 beds + 103 beds

Case Mix
Must be able to cover the full spectrum of anesthesia, including:

EP

Vascular

Neuro

Ortho

Urology

Bariatrics

Robotics

GI

Spinal

OB

GYN
CRNAs and CAAs both accepted.

Requirements

License: Compact accepted (no state license required prior)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Credentialing: 90–120 days
