Location: Cape Coral-Fort Myers Metro Area, FL
Dates: Start June 2, 2025 – December 7, 2025 (ASAP after credentialing)
Work Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10s (non-consecutive, 40 hr/week guarantee)
Call: No
Cases: General, Endoscopy
Anesthesia Model: Medical Direction (blocks, spinals, epidurals not required)
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (cross-credentialing at multiple sites)

Pay Rate: $228/hr with travel & lodging reimbursement (per policy: $150/night lodging off-season, $250/night Jan-Mar including fees/taxes, economy car, caps apply)
