CRNA Locum Opportunity – Moline, IL
Start: ASAP
Shift: 8-hour shifts
Dates Needed:
May 9, 17, 24, 31 | June 7 | July 5, 12, 26 | August 2, 30 | September 13, 20, 27 | October 11, 25 | November 8, 15, 22, 29 | December 13, 20, 27
Schedule & Call:
• Call shared with perm staff (OB) + ENDO Saturday call available
• 20-minute call response time
• Facility #2: 7a–3p (5 ORs), 3p–5p (2 ORs), 5p–7p (2 ORs)
• Main Facility: 7a–3p (5 ORs), 3p–5p (3 ORs)
Case Types:
• General, Ortho, Urology, Peds, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry
• Facility #2: Additional Cardiac, Endo, Vascular
• Main Facility: Additional GYN, Pain Management
Highlights:
• Medically supervised model
• Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and blocks required
• EMR: EPIC
• COVID vaccination required (exemptions accepted)
Requirements:
• Active ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA certified)
• 90-day credentialing (caselogs for spinals/epidurals/blocks required)
Notes:
• CRNAs cover OB call at Main Site
• MDs cover OR call at Facility #2

• Ongoing Assignment
• Cases: General, Uro, Peds, ENT, Opth, Plastics, Podiatry
• 8 hour shifts
