CAAs Needed in Indiana | September Start | Community Hospitals & Surgery Centers

Job description

A respected health system in Indiana is seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to provide locum coverage across multiple community hospitals and surgery centers beginning this September. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking for long-term, consistent work in a supportive team environment.

Position Overview:
• Start Date: September 1, 2025
• Contract Length: June 2026
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts (typically 7 AM–5 PM) - Voluntary weekends or call available

Clinical Scope:
• Inpatient and outpatient cases
• Procedures include: endoscopy, ERCP, GYN, ENT, dental, plastics, urology, orthopedics, trauma, neuro, general surgery, and NORA
• Minimal pediatrics
• Trauma experience preferred
• Supervised care model (ratio 1:3 or 1:4)
• EMR: Epic

Practice Setting:
• Community hospitals and affiliated surgery centers
• Providers may rotate between locations as needed

Requirements:
• Graduation from a Master’s level anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
• Active license preferred; Willing to license eligible candidates

Credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days
