• Patient Population/Age: Adult medicine/ Medicare eligible patients
• Practice Setting: Hospital ED Level 3 Trauma Center
• EMR: Cerner
• Patients Per Day: 4-6 will vary by department
• Procedures: endoscopy, ERCP, GYN, ENT, dental, plastics, urology, ortho, trauma, NORA, general
• Credentialing timeframe 90-120 days
