• Practice Setting: Hospital ED is a Trauma 3
• Department Description: Inpatient/outpatient
• EMR: Cerner
• Patients Per Day: average 2-10 per day
• Procedures required: Endoscopy, ERCP, GYN/OB, ENT, plastics, urology, ortho, trauma, NORA, general.

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
