CAA Needed in Lafeyette, IN

Job description

· Support staff: MD Supervisor and CRNAs
· Coverage Type: Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center
· Schedule Details: Fulltime need—Shift hours are (7a-3p) (7a-7p) (7a-5p) Monday- Friday; no weekends

Work Details:
· EMR/Charting Software: Epic
· Practice Setting: There are 6 ORs at Main Hospital and 6 at Surgery Center. Both have about 2 Endo and 2 GI suites at each location as well.
· Avg. Daily Census: Depends on the type of cases
· Patient Age Group: Adult

Requirements:
· Board Certifications Req’d
· State License(s): Indiana
· Certifications: BLS
· Years of Experience Req’d: new grads are considered

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days; may be able to do temps in 30-60 days
