CRNA Locums - Alaska - 24-hour call shifts (need license in hand)

WHY Open? Gap in coverage
# of inpatient Beds- 25
Call Requirement 24hr call Average of 10 shifts a month and it will cover ED, OR, L&D and inpatient
Rounding- yes
Patient Age- Adult, Peds and geriatrics
Avg patients per day- Varies. 4-5 for long cases and 10-12 for short cases

Will provider work solo? No
Will work with CRNA, 24 hour hospitalist, 24 hour ED physician, on call orthopedic surgeon, on call general surgeon, on call obstetrician

Licensed Candidate: AK License is required at time of submission
Required certifications- Board Cert, other certs required by MSO
EMR- EPIC (Must be proficient user)

Credentialing Timeframe-
-Standard Privileges 1.5 years, Temporary Privileges 120 days
-Standard Credentialing- 90 days
-Expedited Cred process if pre-approved by MSO - ~30 days (MSO approval needed, Clean Pre-App, State license ready)

• M-F 7:30am-3:30pm & 24hr call shifts
