· Trauma Level: 3
· Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic cases, complex orthopedic, post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks, vent management

AK License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 Days
