CRNA needed in Sitka AK! Will License

Sitka, AK
Schedule & Call Work Schedule:
Currently 9 week blocks (6 on 3 off rotation) during that week you will work:
1. 2 weeks of 24/7 call starts on Tues AM and ends on Tues AM
2. 4 weeks Tue - Fri 10hr shifts (0700 - 1700)
3. 3 weeks off
Must Take Call
Full Time availability 4 weeks a month
On-Call & Emergency Procedures:
1. Call is from home, call back 30min, back-up is generally available
2. Call Volumes - Average call back is approx 10hrs/week but is variable
~Approx. 6 shifts per month in an office based procedure Clinic (separate location) (Providing sedation services).
General mix, Ortho, ENT, Endo, GYN, OB
Mix of cases: Generals, sedation, epidurals, spinals. Support ED/Floor with codes/intubations.
Average call back is approx. 10hrs/week but is variable
Facility Size - 25+ bed (critical access) hospital.
ED is a Level IV Trauma runs 24hrs
CRNA only model; all CRNAs practice independently and autonomously; no MDAs
Call is from home, call back 30min, back-up is generally available
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
