Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
DEA not required

Surgical Specialties: ranked from most common to lease - endo, general surgery, ortho, ENT, podiatry, OB/Gyn, Dental; no planned high risk cases; 95% bread/butter

On-Call & Emergency Procedures: -Call is from home, call back 30min, back-up is generally available

• Willing to license
