Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: M-F; 40 hours per week
Job details: Ambulatory surgery center covering general surgery, hernias, eyes, ears, sinus, ortho general, colonoscopies, etc; comfortable doing nerve blocks

AK License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
