Position Highlights

Schedule + Call: 5x8s (Mon–Fri, 7a–3:30p) plus after-hours hospital call on weekdays & weekends.

Diverse Case Mix: General OR cases, OB support, ED coverage, occasional A-lines & central lines.

Expedited Start: ~30-day credentialing; Alaska license required.

Position Details

Start Date: November 10, 2025

Setting: 25-bed hospital (inpatient)

Coverage Needed: OR coverage + call

Workload: Variable, 5–15 patient contacts/day

Scope: All ages; general cases, OB, ED support

Rounding/Admissions: None

Practice Environment: Solo provider role

EMR: Epic

Requirements

License: Active AK license (required for expedited credentialing)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; NRP & ATLS preferred

Experience: Comfort working independently in hospital-based setting

Providers Accepted: CRNA or MD/DO anesthesiologists
