Job description

Enjoy steady weekday hours and rewarding call coverage at a supportive critical access hospital in scenic Southeast Alaska. This assignment includes solo anesthesia work in the OR with strong nursing and surgical team collaboration. Providers will see a mix of general OR cases, OB, and ED support—ideal for those who enjoy autonomy and broad-scope practice.

SHIFT:
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (standard 5x8s)
• After-hours call coverage on weekdays and weekends

SETTING:
• Inpatient, Critical Access Hospital (25 beds)
• No rounding or admissions required
• Average 5–15 patient contacts per day
CASE MIX:
• General OR Cases
• OB Department Support
• ED Support
• Occasional A-line & Central Line
