CRNA needed in Tucson, AZ! $220/hour + Travel and Lodging!

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Provider must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call.
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 5
· Patient population/age: adult
· Providers Requested: 2
· EMR: Cerner
· Bed in department: 4 ORs
· Skills required: general, adult, neurosurgical, complex vascular cases, complex ortho cases, vent management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues. Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes, NBCRNA
· License required: Active AZ License
· Minimum experience required: 1 year
· Certifications preferred:
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, provider cannot be within 60 miles of the facility

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• On call required
