Work Details:

Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center

Daily Volume: 50–60 cases

Department Description: Includes ortho, ortho trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory surgery, and endoscopy

EMR Systems: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

Hospital Size: 317 beds

Required Experience: Recent hospital-based anesthesia experience

Interview Process: Phone interview with Dr. Weiss

Practice Setting:

Hospital

Requirements:

Board Certification: CRNA

License: Active AZ license preferred (willing to wait for licensing if needed)

DEA / CSR: Not required

Certifications: BLS or ACLS

Minimum Experience: Not specified, but recent hospital experience required

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days
