• Department description: Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Practice Setting: Hospital

Requirements:
• License required: AZ License, can license providers
• Certifications required: BLS or ACLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• Per diem ongoing
• Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
