CRNA needed in AZ:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 8 hour nights & weekends
Additional Work Details: General, adult, Neurosurgical cases, Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues

AZ License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
