Schedule - 4 10s per week, will consider 3 12s

Department Description: Manage complex cases in care team environment. Experience includes but is not limited to: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines and heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma. Will work in a care team model, 100% medically directed. No OB/Peds

EMR: EPIC

MUST have an active Arizona license

Credentialing Timeframe - 60-90 Days
