CRNA – OB Required | Flexible Shifts | Locum Tenens

Job description

Location: Arizona (Open to Licensing)
Pay Rate: $195 – $205 per hour (all-inclusive)
Start Date: November 3, 2025
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with option to extend)

Schedule:
12-hour shifts (Days, Nights, Weekends)
Must be flexible on scheduling (at least 1 weekend shift per month required)
Option to work all nights if preferred
Can offer 3–4 shifts per week, with opportunity for more

Work Details:
Level 1 Trauma Center environment
Must be willing and able to do OB cases
Patient population spans across all age groups
No travel coverage (rate is all-inclusive)

Requirements:
Board Certification required (within last 5 years)
Minimum 2 years of recent experience
Active AZ license preferred, but open to licensing (IMLC accepted)
Credentialing timeframe: ~6 weeks with AZ license, ~2 months with IMLC, ~3 months without license
